1. What is Paypal?
Paypal is the company we use to take our credit card payments. It is a safe, fast and secure method for shopping on the internet, your payment goes to Paypal and then we receive the funds. Paypal is offered on millions of internet sites and is the preferred method for shoppers.



2. Do I need a paypal account to place an order?
No, you do not need a paypal account to place an order. You can go through the check out with Visa, Master cards, American Express or Discover card. Paypal will give you the option of setting up a free account after the transaction but you are not obligated to do so.  If you have a paypal account, you can choose to pay using your paypal account.

3. How can I place an order?
We offer a shopping cart right on the site through paypal.  It takes just a few simple steps to complete your order with us.



-Simply click on “add to cart” to put an item in your cart – this does not commit you to buying the item. After placing an item in your basket, you may either proceed to check out or continue shopping. You may remove anything in your basket at anytime by clicking on “Remove” which is found next to the item in your basket. You may see your basket at anytime by clicking on “View Cart.”

-After finishing your shopping, at check out, choose “check out” and fill in required information for shipping.  At Shipping Options, choose the method that applies to your order (For example: if your order is eligible for free shipping, choose Free Shipping option, then click “Apply”).   Either you choose “check out” or “check out with Paypal” it will lead you to Payment with Paypal page.

Then click on “Continue”, the next page is for billing information from Paypal.  A summary of your payment is shown on the right side of the page.

After receiving your order, we verify that the item is still available; there is a small chance that an item you ordered was ordered at the same time by another customer. We will send you a shipping confirmation when we ship and bill your order.

4. When will I receive my order?

After your order is finalized, please allow 14 to 20 business days for shipping and delivery if you choose regular mail (flat rate of $5 or $10 within Canada), and 10 to 14 business days if you choose Xpresspost.  You can also write your request in the "Comments" section at check out. 

Most orders are delivered earlier than the time said above.  An e-mail will be sent to you regarding your order status if your order is delayed.

 



Shopping Tips:• Be sure to always select the correct size before adding item to shopping cart.  If the size you need falls between 2 different sizes, go with the bigger one.
• Once in the shopping cart you may make changes to quantity and/or sizes. Be sure to always click the ‘Update’ button if any changes are made.
• Be sure to always print your order confirmation. We will also follow up with a more detailed e-mail listing the items purchased.
