All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after all required information is provided and verified.

Our flat rate shipping which uses Regular Parcel service takes 2-10 business days.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELATIONS POLICIES:

Once an order is placed, it is NOT possible to cancel.

All items purchased "on sale" (discounted from regular prices) can NOT be exchanged or returned. (We will do our best to answer any relevant questions you may have regarding our products).

Returns or exchange must be sent to us within 5 calendar days after initial order delivered. Returned item(s) must be in original, unused conditions.

Shipping charges are not refundable and we are not responsible for shipping cost on returning.

Special occasion items are accepted for size exchange only and are not returnable.
